Diary Week- 4

EVENT 1
Hello! In this Tuesday, I went to take the written examination of the company. I was take the written examination and composition. The written examination was current topics and issue of basic education. It was very difficult for me. I especially,I couldn't do composition. The topic was difficult and I able to write only three of five pieces. I thought that I should study hard and read news paper. I think news paper is the best way to study in this world. News paper tell needs for us. I learn more information from it.

EVENT 2
Good morning! In this Sunday, I went to my part time job because I had my part time job. I don't have part time job in this month. I want to apply oneself to my job hunting. My friends looks very hard and I don't meet their now. Sometime I talk with my friends and I encourage each other. 

EVENT 3
Today, I went to help my grandma's store in Suizenji. My grandma and grand father and aunt are doing run a restaurant. The name is "Wakatake". This is very small and Japanese food restaurant. We have Kagoshima's food. Do you know Duck pan? It is popular by our restaurant main menu in the four season. This duck pan(Japanese Kamonabe) is a duck hot pot with other ingredients such as Chinese cabbage, green onions, tofu and so on. The taste is so delicious!! Our visitor want to come to eat it. You should eat this! If you want to eat Kamonabe, please come our restaurant!

EVENT 4
I want to talk about my summer time plan!! I'm going to Okinawa with my family 3 days and 2 nights. We will go to Onnason in Okinawa. There are beautiful sea and Okinawa foods. Have you ever gone in Okinawa? I want to go Blue cave, Churaumi Aquarium, and Shuri Castle. Okinawa is the unknown world for me. We afraid that August is a season of the typhoons, we wish typhoon doesn't come the day. I have to carry bag and clothes!! I think about only Okinawa to a head all the time, there is no help for it by pleasure.

EVENT 5
Today, I cooked taro croquette. This is my special menu in my grandma's restaurant. Of cause it has menu now. I love this croquette!! This croquette made taro potato and baked meats. 

Recipe
First, Blanch it until pour taro and water into the pan and soften.
Next, If taro softens, a pan nominates you and peels the taro.
After that, smash it until form disappears and do it into a paste form if finish peeling the taro.
Then, enter the paste-formed taro and stir the ground meat which fried roughly.
It is the same as a process making a croquette afterward if I can do it to here.

    Yes, I have been to Okinawa, but it was a long time ago. I want to go there again now that my children are older. In particular, I want to go to a more remote island like Iriomote.
